Saturday, May 18, 2019 at 8 PM – 2 AM A fundraiser for the Herbal Unity Garden extension - turning waste ground into a Hedgerow Herb Garden with people affected by the immigration system. We are fund-raising for the Herbal Unity Garden. For those of you who are regulars at GAS you will know how important the garden is - a beautiful, calm and colourful space in the middle of an industrial estate! Maintained by a fantastic group of volunteers. As well as making a space for nature, It grows herbs which are then used in herbal teas by the Herbal Unity Collective and in the GAS kitchen. The fundraiser has an amazing line up of day time gigs, stand up, poetry and DJs. WE NEED HELP! JOIN IN THE FUN :) Can you help on the night? We will need a help with warming up the food, putting out the food and clearing up afterwards between about 7.30pm and 9pm. We also need help with the bar and the door. A couple of hours work with these would really help.
